Classroom Management Capabilities include creating a classroom environment that facilitates maximum learning, managing classroom logistics, adapting instruction and teaching materials to classroom characteristics, effective utilization of classroom technology, and interaction with students in the classroom.

Student Management Capabilities include assessing, advising, and mentoring students in addition to building a rapport with students, treating all students with respect and fairness, motivate students, and generate interest in the subject matter.
